We tackled landscaping last weekend. Thanks goodness it's done!!!!! We didn't build a 10 foot wall (Everett!!!), but we did exactly what we wanted. It seems to add just enough. It's hard to tell too much of a difference from the pictures, but we have gotten a ton of compliments from people walking by and our neighbors. One neighbor said he priced getting someone to do what we did and the estimate was $800!!!! I now understand why though. Getting that bottom layer of stones level on the ground and with one another is horrible. I've forgotten any future plans I might have had to use these in the backyard. Did you notice the cutie at the door in the picture? Now I just need to get more flowers to fill it up!!!An up-close look at the stones we used (ignore the dying tulips):
